Statement from Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding Obama's removal of Cuba from terror list

The following is a statement from Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi:

"I, along with many Cuban-Americans living in the United States, are disappointed in President Obama's continuous pursuit to loosen the reins on a country that is known for human rights violations and was labeled last year by the U.S. State Department as one of the worst offenders of human trafficking. I believe the safety and security of the citizens of our state, our country, and the people of Cuba should come before political points and legacy building.”
