WASHINGTON, DC (February 17, 2016) - Today the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) launched a statewide digital ad campaign in West Virginia that praises Attorney General Patrick Morrisey for his defense of the coal industry.
“West Virginia’s coal industry has suffered greatly from President Obama’s rampant over-regulation," said RAGA Chairman and Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette. "Were it not for Attorney General Patrick Morrisey’s efforts to stymie the Clean Power Plan, the President would’ve been successful in inflicting even more damage to the industry that employs tens of thousands of hard working West Virginians. The Republican Attorneys General Association is grateful for General Morrisey efforts and are 100% committed to joining West Virginians in re-electing him to a second term."
