RAGA Statement on President Trump's Action on Waters of the United States (WOTUS) Rule

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) Chairman and West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey released the following statement concerning President Trump's Executive Order instructing the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers to review the WOTUS rule:

"The executive order issued today by President Trump is a significant step towards rolling back Obama-era regulatory overreach. The Waters of the United States rule is a violation of private property rights and the rule of law. Stopping WOTUS is essential to getting America's economy growing again."
