RAGA Chairman Bill Schuette's Statement on the SCOTUS Ruling on Immigration Law

RAGA Chairman and Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette released the following statement regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's immigration ruling:

"Today’s ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States is a tremendous victory for the rule of law and again demonstrates the critical role attorneys general play in fighting federal government overreach. President Obama's unilateral executive order was an unconstitutional end-run around Congress. I applaud Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and all my colleagues who participated in this important action to uphold the Constitution.”

About RAGA: The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) is the only national organization whose mission is electing Republicans to the Office of State Attorney General. In 2014 Republican attorneys general became the clear majority, for the first time in our country’s history, increasing the total number of Republican attorneys general from 24 to 27, protecting all our 12 incumbents and turning three states from blue to red, by investing nearly $14 million into political spending.

Attorney General’s everywhere must invest their time to talk with their own constituents about smoking in general. It’s been identified that many M.D’s smoke heavily. Many have taken opiods during their high school years. And this does upset chronic pain in their patients. Do your own research better, Schuette! GOPs are stealing from your Medicare and this does upset the Insurance company and deductibles! Get to work. The Democrats are doing their Job!
